While attending Marquette University, Chris joined the Southwestern Company for a summer internship during his four years on campus. Upon graduation, Chris took on a significant role as a District Manager for the Southwestern Company. During their peak time, Chris managed 280 people. He loved training other people and developing talent.  He led his unit in sales nationwide. After 15 years, it was time to make a career change. 

Looking for a new challenge with less travel, Chris decided to change careers and joined Northwestern Mutual. Chris had been very familiar with Northwestern Mutual -- he had been a client himself since he was 24 years old. Not only did he like the company as a policyholder, but liked the idea of building on a previous year's success in the financial services market.

In his first year with Northwestern Mutual, Chris led all first year representatives nationwide in client development and was named the #1 First-Year Representative in the Central Region for 2009. Chris has also been recognized regionally and nationally in 2009 for top achievement in lives insured. Most importantly, Chris is helping to secure financial futures for his clients and community. 
 
In September, 2009, Chris was promoted to College Unit Director. His passion is to recruit and develop successful financial representatives and grow his unit. His vision includes leading his own office.
