While attending Marquette University, Chris joined the Southwestern Company for a summer internship during his four years on campus. Upon graduation, Chris took on a significant role as a District Manager for the Southwestern Company. During their peak time, Chris managed 280 people. He loved training other people and developing talent.  He led his unit in sales nationwide. After 15 years, it was time to make a career change. 

Looking for a new challenge with less travel, Chris decided to change careers and joined Northwestern Mutual. Chris had been very familiar with Northwestern Mutual -- he had been a client himself since he was 24 years old. Not only did he like the company as a policyholder, but liked the idea of building on a previous year's success in the financial services market.

Chris has also been recognized regionally and nationally in 2009 and 2010 for top achievement in lives insured. Most importantly, Chris is helping to secure financial futures for his clients and community.

Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) 
Chris Fugmanis a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Member.  MDRT is the premiere association of financial professionals. MDRT status is granted for one year and members must apply each year to continue their affiliation with MDRT.

Founded in 1927, MDRT provides its members with resources to improve their technical knowledge, sales and client service while maintaining a culture of high ethical standards.

 

Designations

Chris Fugman has earned his CLU®  designation.  Since 1927, the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation has long been recognized as the fundamental and foremost educational credential for life insurance professionals. The designation helps individuals build a successful life insurance practice by providing clients with knowledgeable and ethical advice. For financial representatives, the CLU® designation symbolizes continuing growth and commitment to professionalism.

The CLU® designation is offered through The American College, an institution that is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
